Open Question: How do i get my parents to let me buy a 360?

my mom is so stubborn about anything, if i ask to talk to her about it she will just yell at me to get out of the room, or walk out her self. She says that all the violent games will make me wan tto shoot people?????? idk what she is talking about...... But i have incredible grades, i mean like a 104 in spanish, and all the rest are in the 90's. I have tried showing my mom the family filter but she wouldnt listen. Even when the word xbox comes up she will just plug her ears. I have more than enough money that i made babysitting and mowing lawns. PLESE HELP! Well she just hates the xbox :( i feel really left out at school cuz every1 just seems to have 1 and always talks about playing other school tournes on live
